The worst customer interaction I had till date. Invest some money and put a decent well trained HR for interaction with customers . I had an interaction with this person named ABU and he had the least decency to talk over phn with a female .Leave aside listening to my requirements , this man was yelling like anything . If you can’t listen thn pls don’t ask customers to call you . Disgusting!!!
