First Flight Courier Limited

This was a nice courier company but nowadays its employees are not working well and they are destroying this company image. so manager should take strick and proper action soon. so that people can trust on this and they are facing a lot of problems due to this. Or this company should be closed if they cannot run this in permanently and proper way properly.

the worst services ever I experienced. Online tracking showing error every time, SMS tracking never worked, their phone numbers never going thru. Government should shut off there trade licence.

Worst courier agency in Guwahati. Send my return parcel 2months back still they didn't deliver. I sent parcel to delhi but they didnt even deliver. Huge loss of mine also i didn't got refund from seller. Worst service by First Flight

It is unfit to be national courier. Phone nos. mentioned in SMS are dead. No option to reach them. It is unbelievable that delivery boy could not find the prime location If it is so they have customer mobile no. If they can send SMS why not contact over phone for address

worst courier service ever. They asked me to come to their branch office to pick up the courier. their branch office was shut when i reached there !!! I tried reaching them for 3 days, they have no functional phone numbers !!!! One mobile nuber i had of one of their employees also kept cutting the phone !!!there is no way one is assured that they will deliver the courier!!! it is a joke this whole thing

Worst courier. Their all phone nos are fake.last two days I am not in a position to contact them to find out delivery position of my ordered item though I paid the amount through VISA card.
