My experience here was not very good. I went there for insurance claim of a broken front fender and A/C issues. It took them more than 2 months first of all to even address all issues. Also multiple times i was called to take delivery of the car after they told me the job was done. However upon checking myself the issue had not been resolved. And then upon asking them to rectify the issue they would increase bill by another 6-8 thousand. They ultimately did an extremely poor job. The bumper is already falling of inspite of no impacts. I sincerely had a very disappointing experience and would advise not to visit.

I took my car for general servicing and battery issues. First of all they took more than 2 weeks for this small job. Also while in their workshop many scratches appeared which were not present before. Also although they claimed to have changed the oil and air filter. However later I came to know they never changed the filter but still billed me for it. Won't recommend this place.

Had an extremely poor experience. They did an extremely poor job. Maybe you have to be friends with the owner for a good job. Also the amount they charge is not proportional to the work they do. Also they lie that the problem has been fixed and it turns out it was not fixed. I would not advise this place

Minor feedback: they can get busy during peak hours, so booking ahead is a good idea. But overall, exceptional value for money—solid workmanship, fair pricing, and peace of mind. Bottom line: If you're after hassle-free, trustworthy car maintenance in Guwahati, don’t make compromises—book your service at GoMechanic – CarTech. Will definitely be returning for all major services.

Worst Service....the workshop guy doesn't know their work... charged double just to replace a broken handle purchased by myself....on the contrary broke some plastic parts while fixing the door handle....worst experience....service here at your own risk!

The owner is very knowledgeable and helped with the service from home pick up of the car to insurance claim process and delivery my car on time. Worst service workshop guy made an accident and there are some scratch on the body and they denied to show me the CCTV footage and no refund made by them and above review are genuine
