Overall the service quality is nice but certain parameters like pickup drop time commitment, washing quality & behaviour of service advisor needs to be improved. It's not the worst of course as compared with other service dealers.

Overall Experience is good.. service centre did the necessary servicing within the time line..

Highly short staffed, cannot handle customer smoothly. Bill of materials is given too long/unnecessary in terms going of even minor insurance claim so it doesn’t make sense. They don’t want to give you claims. Not helpful much. Better to repair major damage in third party garage where there is better transparency.

Best service and solutions by them and all mechanic are friendly and helpful they are fully coperative specially Nayon barman help me so much nice maruti service.
