TVS Service Centre

I would give it a 0 out of 100, 0 being the worst. Very unprofessional at service and behaviour but selling amc is 5/5. Asked the counter boy at the computer to explain bill 3/4 times still didn’t get a response. For Cleaning they charge but still cannot clean the scooty properly. A lot of better service centre in ghy. Avoid this to not waste your hard earned money. Infrastructure and environment too 0/5. Would suggest tvs india to close this establishment as it is only degrading their goodwill. First and last for me here.

Behaviour of the staffs are good. Facilities are also good. I have done two servicing of my bike here. You can come here.

Just try to upsell things did stuff which was not even mentioned in the bill Overcharging for no reason

Everythings fine except lack of spare parts.

Worst experience...I waste my two days to get free servicing of my second serving. First day they told me to register to get next day serving at morning 9am.But when I went there next day morning again they told me to register.. delivery timing was 1 pm .But waiting after long 6 hours they deliver my scooty after 3 pm. Very unprofessional attitude.. actually everything is worst there.. wheather it's showroom staff or its service centre staff.

Worst management and time of servicing they wasting my 6hrs.. kindly develop your timings

They are punctual and do the job very well. The free servicing of the scooty that i did there was satisfactory Edit: i skipped the second servicing. The reason being i booked it the previous day for 9:30 am, i reached there in time, waited till 10 am. And while i finally thought that it was my turn, the worker there asked to let one last person register. I was frustrated, so I left the centre right away. I didn't do the second servicing 3rd servicing: charged 913 rupees, changed some oils etc, then when i was there to receive the scooty, they said that their washer is broken, and asked me to come back on another day. They should've informed me before about the washer.

Please Avoid this tvs service centre , adabari at all costs! They will take advantage of you. I've had a terrible experience with them and don't want anyone else to fall victim. Share this warning with others to help prevent further . Free service for a new vehicle should be free completely but they are charging as a paid service if this would happen then please remove the word free service and keep it all paid one .
