Dr S A Ahmed Veterinary Clinic

Yesterday, we went there with a stray cat who was in serious condition, but when I arrived, no doctor was available. The girl at the reception was extremely rude and irresponsible and did not know how to talk to customers. I repeatedly asked how to take an appointment because I wanted the cat to be treated. She kept saying that an appointment was required but did not explain how to take one or provide any contact number. When I told her we would come back the next day, she completely ignored us. I don’t understand why they run a veterinary clinic if they cannot provide timely treatment, especially in emergencies. I don’t know about the doctor, but the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. This job requires kindness and basic communication skills. I will never recommend this clinic.

Nice place and the vet is cool too. Very professional. Their collection of pet supplies is great too.
