We had a really great experience in the store. We were in a rush to buy a good gift for our sister and had no idea about anything. Mr. Abhijit helped us a lot in finding the right gift and thankfully our sister loveddddd it. Really good attitude.

Visited the store today to my earings but due to bad behaviour of lady stuff there i have to leave the store. I went their alone with my baby in hand and asked her a chair to seat and show me earings in store table. She refused to show me and told to see by standing.

--- I am facing a serious issue after placing an order for a bangle with Melorra. I paid 50% of the amount in advance. I was promised home delivery, but when the product arrived at the store, I was informed that home delivery was not possible. When I visited the store after 15 days, I was told that the bangle would be delivered to me within 2 days. However, since then, every time I call, the staff keeps saying it will be delivered "within 2 days", but nothing has happened. It has now been 2 months, and the product is still lying at the store. They are saying there is a billing issue. I have repeatedly requested to cancel the order and refund my ₹50,000, but they have refused and are not cooperating at all. They don’t receive my calls and often give false promises. I am very disappointed and feel helpless in this situation.
