Honestly very disappointing experience at this Bajaj Pulsar showroom. I came at 2 PM and they delivered the bike only at 7 PM — unbelievably slow service. No proper urgency, no clear communication, just wasted hours for a simple delivery. Fuel situation was even worse. They said they added around 2 liters and that it would be enough, but the bike stopped after hardly 10 km on the highway with zero fuel. That’s careless and irresponsible — customers shouldn’t have to struggle like this right after buying a new bike. Staff weren’t rude, but the overall service quality is poor and unprofessional. Buying a new bike should be exciting, not frustrating like this. Definitely needs serious improvement.
