Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

Reading all the comments just proves I should have checked the reviews first. All the negative ratings about delivery is true.They don’t deliver on time and behaviour is very rude. Just makes me wonder why such a big laundry service doesn’t take any action on it even after numerous complaints.

worst service... took 11 days to deliver and they deliver it in the same condition as it was picked... Only difference was the blanket was sprayed with some fragrance. filled with spider webs. Do not recommend anyone... Had to call so many times, as they didn't care to call you to tell you about your order.

Worst and pathetic service. If you people want your clothes to be ok never send it to Tumble Dry. They will destroy your belongings like anything and won't take any responsibility They destroyed 2 of my clothes. If I can I will rate minus. The behaviour is also not good. They told me they are number 1 laundry Hence they tried to tell me nothing can be done by me. Worst service

Late delivery, rude staff, misbehave with clients, taking unnecessary charges apart from charges shown in itenary, staff are the main culprits.

It's unfortunate how the reputation of a decent Brand can be brought down by certain franchise stores. I've tried their services from other States and so far even this one at ViP Road was doing well for at least a year . But recently, they've done a shoddy job TWICE this June. One blanket came back with an awful STINK , the quilt wasn't even ironed properly and a simple printed bedsheet was STILL YELLOW that too with LATE delivery. Considering that Guwahati deals with a humid climate for the majority of year , clothes need to handled with extra care. So kindly remember this comment if you still choose to get your clothes handled by them. I've given a 1 star rating but it actually means -5.
