Very Poor customer Service Experience. I recently contacted Topon Das regarding a property and looking for rent. He had mentioned that he would visit and check it by tomorrow, but the visit did not happen and didn’t even care to pick up my call. At the very least, a courtesy message letting me know if plans changed would have been appreciated. I would not have minded. Not receiving any communication feels disrespectful.
