Apollo Excelcare Hospital - Best Hospital in Guwahati

I am Piplu Das, Bangladeshi. I went to Apollo Excelcare Hospital with my young child for treatment. The ENT doctor, Dr. Akriba Ahmed, and her assistant, Rubi Deka, are both excellent. Their advice and sincerity impressed me. I wish them good health and well-being. Loving them 🙏

I recently visited the hospital for some skin issue. Everything was good as one expects from Apollo Hospitals but I would like to bring light to the fact that there is only one sample collection area/room for such huge number of patients. I had to wait hours for getting my slot. Disappointed!

Truly one of the best hospitals in the entire North East. The hospital is very clean, well maintained, and has highly attentive and supportive staff. The emergency services are excellent and well organized. I was admitted through the emergency department, and the entire process was handled quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful for the care and support I received throughout my stay.

This would have been a five star but my mood was all spoiled because of one reason. Sure — here’s a shorter, more natural version: First of all, I am really sorry j have to give one star actually 5 stars for the Hematology team and Nephrology department — truly kind, patient, and professional. But my whole mood spoiled because of the ENTin particular that LADY DOCTOR. She came almost an hour late(understandable maybe personal issue), but then she kept patients waiting while talking to a pharma representative. We had to wait her having her lunch. She asked us to have some test we did and then hust for looking at the test resilt which barely took a minute she made us wait the entire day. We went to hopistal at 8 AM but stayed till 7:30 PM all because of her, Very disappointing experience in that department. The test result also took freaking 7 hours to get the result i dont have much issue with that just a head up for you all. Overall hospital was clean and very good but very disappointed with the time management. I expected them to utilise the time properly that was the only reason for me to choose a pvt hospital but that lady doc really spoiled the day. P.S. Please avoid ENT in this hospital

Best hospital in Guwahati. Very good behaviour of all the staffs as well as the doctors and nurses. Espically Dr. Manoj Saikia and Dr. Intekhab Alom are very good, i have done bypass surgery from Dr. Manoj sir and he is really very good and full of humanity.

Best hospital in guwahati. The staff are well experienced. Quick and fast response. Facilities and amenities are very good. Sufficient parking space . Most important the staff are so well mannered and helpful. Ambulance service and quick response team all time. I recommend Apollo excel Hospital, guwahati as first priority, for any serious health issues. Infact , five stars is less. I give the rating of 10 stars.

I am currently in the hospital. After meeting the doctor, he wrote some tests, but at the billing counter we have to wait for 1 hour. We did not like this at all. The management is not good. And after that, who knows how much more time it will take.
