Aruna Memorial Hospital

Staff nurses were not so active as well as not responding to what chemotherapy patient guardians were asked to do. Management is not totally good since 1 year. In place of 5/6 patients, there were only 1/2 staff nurses. That's why problem arises. The main problem behind this were less staff present in the hospital. I suggest to the management team to kindly increase the staff nurses for convenience of the patients and others.

Veryyy bad and worst experience.... My father was in this hospital he was very serious... Then after 1week he was little normal .. Our relative decided to take my father at home whatever will happen we will see nd take discharge and take him to home ... We told the doctor and already have taken discharge also have done all the payment of the hospital.. then suddenly when we are waiting him to come outside the icu the nurse came and told us he is in serious condition nd we can't take him to home they said we have to put him in ventilator don't waste the time nd sign in this paper to put him in ventilator the way they said wee all got nervous, scared, broken so we signed the paper ... After 2days again my father my little normal then we thought we should take him home whatever will happen we will see in home soo on 26/10/25 we again told the doctor tomorrow we will take discharge the doctor said okyy that's alright... On 27/10/25 at 1:49am they call us in ICU room nd told your father was in very serious we gave up we have given injection and make him stable right now we can't told you how much time we can save him ... Again we waited there on 2:56 am they called us that time I knew it he's not more when I reached in ICU room they told sorry we can't save him anymore 💔 ... I have seen many peoples there whoever told the ICU's doctor nd all to take discharge they do something with them and the next day the people where no more .... ( It's my hard feelings for aruna memorial hospital ) If you don't want to loose your parents or relatives don't take them to this hospital

I had a very bad experience here. I admitted my mother for treatment in ICU. She had liquid accumulated in stomach and it was not treated well. From GMCH they said my mother needed icu facility. So when we went for ambulance , the driver said aruna memorial is a good hospital and cheap. But to my horror it was neither cheap nor good. Atleat we expected that her liver problem treatment will b good but it did not happen. May b Aruna memorial is good in case of neck and head surgery. But for any problems related to stomach and liver , i strongly recommend for a different one.

I don't know how this hospital is poorly rated. Right now, I am in a cabin of this hospital as an attendant to a patient. What I have observed for the last 3 days is that here the doctors take extra care of their patients and the nurses here never misses to accomplish their obligations. The nurses are very professional, polite in their behaviour and very much duty bound. Nurses on night duty are always alert and available all the time till morning. The boys who use to transport patients from cabin to ICU or anywhere were also very well mannered. The cleaning staff are also very duty bound and active. Overall, I will surely give 5 stars to this small hospital in but really very efficient, well mannered and good work force. Keep up the good work.. 👍👍👍👍👍

The doctor's treatment and behaviour is very good. But the behaviour of the reception staff is not good. They do not accept online payment. When I told them that I do not have cash, they refused to accept it.

My Aunty had great experience with this hospital, she always mentions about how compassionate and friendly the doctors are here. No scam, good treatment, overall perfect

Hospital staffs are very well behaved. I went for endoscopy with my dad, and the endoscopy technician asked me to visit next day 8:00 am. And the next day, the technician called me by himself and we met. And later we got our endoscopy report. They are very well behaved and explained everything properly.
