As per my experience I felt good.The OPD departments services are pretty fine. Dr Ayona was excellent in her humane way of dealing. Well IP experience felt abit inexperienced like the nurses are dry in their dealing.I found that there is no hygeinic methods are practiced coz the articles used for dressing are done without sterilization.They even brought an ordinary scissors to cut the stitch today.Felt that the hospital authority need to supervise in the regarding for the safety of the patients. Thanks for the care and understanding.

Pathetic experience! I will never recommend this hospital to anyone for any kind of treatment. It’s high time the management looks into the behaviour and professionalism of the nurses. Their attitude is absolutely unacceptable — I didn’t meet a single nurse who was humble; every one of them was rude and lacked basic manners. We couldn’t even ask simple questions without getting rude responses. The doctors also seemed clueless about the treatment. There was no coordination between them two doctors gave completely different opinions for the same patient. It’s high time the hospital either replaces the staff or trains them properly. We pay our bills we don’t come here for free treatment and as paying patients, we deserve respect and professionalism, not this kind of behaviour.

Very very disappointed, being a reputed hospital, but ultimately it's a business not any kind of sympathy with small child & parents. They says there treatment is USA model, but ultimately it's not like that, inspite of so many problems of child they will not push any antibiotic, but they will advice to admit to take the money.Specialy Nivedita Goswami ,the child specialist she always make rude behave to the parents & she have not enough experience to observe the child . They are making the business by showoff their USA based degree, nothing else.she had make a wrong treatment to my child & create an emergency..I will make a court case against Nivedita Goswami after recovery of my child to consult with another doctor & will prove that she was made a wrong treatmentment.So anybody don't consult with her any pediatric case. ...blood test was done, shown virul fever, & chest x ray was not done.but other doctor confirm that chest infection is there after doing XRay ..So why the treatment was not followed in this way...??? When she don't found another way, then advice to admit for comercial business by written the steroid medicine which may very dengerous to the child..I am again telling all of u that a court case will be done against her to apologise the truth.... Lab technicians are not experienced & trained, they don't know how take the blood from 2 years of child, they make the blood clot in vein of my child in left hand. The highly experienced Nivedita Goswami adviced the aldykid for sneezing but it come to the throat & creats cough/ mucus which she don't understand & not suggest to make a XRay to understand ..Do you all think is this the standard & protocol guide line followed by WHO ??? The child was treated by another doctor of Kolkata & he is now safe .. I will produce all the prescription & treatment copy of both which will prove the wrong treatment procedure of Nivedita Goswami & should be highlighted in open forum by a court case...

I had a wonderful experience at KGMT Hospital .The doctors were very professional, caring, and explained everything clearly. The nursing staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The hospital was clean and well-organized, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality treatment and compassionate care.

The patient was admitted to this hospital on 16/12/25 and received treatment with great care. The hospital also facilitated the use of their Ayushman Card, making the treatment more affordable. Now, the patient is doing well , so I highly recommend KGMT hospital for better treatment.

One of the worst hospital in Guwahati.......don't take any serious patient in this hospital they don't have proper doctor and treatment they just keep on asking blood and medicine rather than doing treatment,they give much priority in money rather than saving the patient! In my life 99.99% patient I haven't seen any recovered patient all of them died because they don't have proper treatment

Very disappoint. I visited two three times i have a good experience with young male doctors of medicine. But those old matured doctors are sounds like only business. They don't check properly. Not recommended for emergency. But the youngr male doctors of opd very good manners n sincere
