Peerless Hospital

The staff and the doctors have been extremely caring and empathetic in our experience. I was admitted post midnight due to acute gastritis and the emergency unit acted promptly with guidance from seniors even at 1 am. The hospital is very clean and the coordination among the staff members gave us a seamless and smooth experience.

The hospital is very clean, and the staff and doctors are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the signboard on the main road is very small and not easily visible, we even lost our way because of it. A bigger and clearer sign would make it much easier for people to locate the hospital.

They should think about the attendants who look after the patients and must provide more comfortable sits in the areas as attendent also comfort then the patient, moreover they must hire more skilled and prompt reception stuffs.

Its a clean hospital. It has canteen inside which offers variety of options to eat from. Much more cleaner than Narayana superspeciality or Marwari Hospital. Staffs are well trained and well behaved. The only downside of this hospital is that there are less number of staffs which results in the increase in waiting time for a patient. Receptions are also empty most of the time. Hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible.

One of the best hospitals in North Eastern region of India with the best medical team and facilities. This was my 2nd long stay in this hospital for my father in law. Previous was for my wife who was admitted in ICU under the Supervision of Dr. Simranjit Singh sir. We went for lumbar microdisectomy for my father in law. But, after undergoing pre operative procedures he was detected with multiple blockages in the heart. So he was directly transferred to Cardiology care and PTCA was done the next day itself. The doctors and nursing staffs were very helpful and kind. The hospital maintains proper hygiene and cleanliness. The General ward itself is very clean and tidy. People were allowed only at visiting hours to meet the patient. We were at the 4th floor cabin from which the outside views were too good. The rooms didn't felt like hospital, it felt like a hotel room with all the amenities found in a hotel. The bathroom and rooms were cleaned and wiped 3 times daily. Canteen facilities is also good with very affordable hygenic and tasty food for the attendants and staff. ***** Pls do note that The people are making the hospital dirty by spitting here and there. The hospital should take strict action against those people. Chewing of Betel nut, Gutka, etc should not be allowed in the campus by the securities. Pls maintain the same quality of treatment and care in future also as we had received till date. Amazing experience. The staffs are very cooperative and management is highly skilled at their job. They maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness. Also the doctors are highly qualified and helpful.
