Subject: 5-Hour Wait for a Pregnant Woman - With prior appointment. ​Review: I want to start the review with this is a review of the reception team & not the doctors - who were pretty good. I am appalled by the service here. We called twice to confirm an appointment—once 2 days in advance and again 1 hour before arriving from a 7-HOUR journey. We were promised we would not be made to wait. ​When we arrived, they said 30 minutes. That 30 minutes turned into FIVE HOURS. ​MY WIFE IS PREGNANT!! Your team knew that. A medical facility should have the basic sense to prioritize or at least be HONEST. If you are running 5 hours behind, SAY SO. We could have checked-in to our hotel for her to rest or eaten lunch, rather than an exhausted late dinner. ​Your reception team's lack of simple courtesy is shocking. They knew we travelled really far, and that she's pregnent. Just ask us to come at a certain time or honour the appointment. It's really simple.

Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly caring, and the doctors were thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was well-coordinated and efficient, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend for their compassionate care.

One of the best diagnostic centre in Guwahati I must say. The centre is very clean and well organised. The behaviour of the staff is very responsive. I did the ultrasound of my whole abdomen and the results are very trustworthy. The radiologist was very professional and she did all the necessary things to be done for an accurate result. The good thing is I got the result of my ultrasound in around 15 minutes of the completion of the test. And they provide all types of tests. Will surely recommend everyone to go here.

I visited this lab for a simple wrist X-ray and had to wait for almost two hours with no proper response. The staff only rushed to do the X-ray after we decided to cancel and asked for a refund. I had a similar experience earlier during an ultrasound — same careless attitude and poor service. Truly disappointing and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
