FROZEN PLANET

My experience at Frozen Planet was below expectations. While the concept is unique and the place looks attractive, the overall experience was not very satisfying. The activities felt limited, and some areas were overcrowded loke skating which reduced the enjoyment. The service could have been better. Considering the price, I expected better maintenance and a more engaging experience. There is definitely potential, but improvements are needed to make it truly enjoyable for visitors.

The place is overall good. Well maintained premises with a nice adjacent restaurant/cafe. Restrooms need cleanliness and improvement. But, there should be some clear communication regarding what they are providing at the time of getting the entry tickets. If a child doesn't have sufficient warm clothes,they should not allow the entry at all. We didn't know that they provide only a Jacket and a pair of boots, thought warm coveralls will be provided. our child ended up getting too cold as she was not wearing warm trousers, so had to abandon the frozen area after 15/20 mins of entering. The tickets are not cheap (700 rupees per person for 1 hour) thus money wasted for poor communication, as there is no refund. Therefore, I would suggest, parents must bring additional warm clothing, including woolen pants, gloves, socks for younger kids.

Beautiful place to experience ✨️ the temperature 🌡 of winter. This place is very very cold 🥶 that I don't think anyone is capable of enjoying it beauty for one hour.

Honest review_ I have been there with family, there is nothing much they offer at the price point for entry, just very Cold AC and ice in a small room ! Secondly, don't roll down with that tyre tube covered, i had done, it tear off my shirt and alomost peel of my skin, the pathway is hard with nails on the side, check it when you visit, don't allow your children to roll down. Thirdly, the jacket, pant, they offer us is very very dirty and not cleaned may be from the first day. Once you visit, you will not like to go there again, its not worth it for the entry price per head. They could make it bigger and better, because the name sound so cool " The fronzen planet "but the experience is not good. I would love to visit again when they make it better and properly managed. 1.A request to keep extra staffs inside the frozen room… smart and prompt staffs at the top of the sliding area to assist the visitors while sliding down so as to avoid falling down. 2. Restroom needs maintenance and cleaning staffs . 3. Overall … lovely place👍
