Authorised Samsung CE Service Center - Bir Electronics Pvt Ltd

I visited the Samsung CE Service Center at AIDC, Guwahati. Staff are polite and they use genuine parts, but the service process is quite slow and waiting time is long. Charges also seem on the higher side. Overall okay experience, but they really need to improve speed and customer handling.

Today I have submitted my S21 FE for screen replacement because of White line. The location moved to Pratidin Time building. Will edit after receiving the phone.

I moment I called them over phone for help it was excellent . Mr. Debojeet was awsome handling his customers and the service OMG it was so fast. They revived my phone in just 45 minutes n where as it took 10 days In Shillong to reach parts . Hats off to whoever is taking came of the service center. Thank u all the staff.

Excellent experience at the Samsung Service Center 👌 I had a pink line and green line issue on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G. Visited Samsung customer service today for some issues with my phone. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the prompt and excellent service offered to me in getting the issues resolved. It has been a wonderful and memorable experience to have interacted with persons specially Uttam and Manjit who are so friendly, warm cordial and amiable in their disposition. WHERE IS THE NEW LOCATION?? I've answered it below ! Service centre is good , they maintain a good space and complete the work on time.They have recently shifted to the Pratidin Times Building on the 1st floor (just next to the old centre).

I am writing this review in favour of Samsung Service Centre in Guwahati at Zoo Road, Bir Electronics. As for all the Amoled screen phones, the issue of green lines and white lines has taken over the world with the storm. And Samsung is no exception. So, in the month of November, after a phone update, white lines started appearing, and from one they turned out to be seven. As I contacted Samsung through email, phone, and Whatsapp, the company policies really impressed me as Samsung offered me a free of cost screen replacement for the same along with the chassis/frame, rework kit and battery within three years of purchase even if the warranty was over, given that there has to be no physical damage and/or water damage. After I walked in to Bir Electronics Samsung Service Centre, I was greeted with a very good energy into the office. It was really spacious, and there was ample space for parking both bikes and cars. There is a very intuitive token system, but since there was no rush that day, I did not have to take a token. There were eight detailed counters which was more than sufficient to handle the load. I was greeted very warmly by Mr Sahil who was extremely courteous and took over my phone and ran all the diagnostics required. He immediately approved my phone for screen replacement and assured me the timeline. I was given back the phone according to the timeline, although there was another issue, the camera malfunctioning, he took three more days from me and replaced the camera which was basically a reassembly error. I’m extremely thankful to Samsung, Bir electronics, as well as Mr Sahil for helping me out in such a seamless manner. Also I wish to mention that with staff as good as Mr Sahil, service centres like these would have a very good name. I would highly recommend Samsung users in Guwahati to visit the service centre.

They are fooling people...We visited this service center during December 2025 to replace battery for A22 5G...The backside of the phone was bulged and they told me their network is down and only handwritten bill will be provided ..They told they will replace the battery for 3500 Rs...After 15 mins, they returned the phone fixed it...After 2 months , the phone bulged again and when another service center removed the battery, they told me the old battery was never replaced...The technician just released the bulge temporarily and charged 3500 for battery replacement..we are going to file a complaint against this center for lying to customer ..There is no genuinety in customer service .pathetic experience...Cheating service center.
