I am fully satisfied with KL equipment and with their services, I’ve had a very good relationship with the management, my refrigerator was showing slight problem, they immediately processed the replacement. Special thanks Mr. Sushil Poddar for always ensuring our problems are heard and are taken care. Best product and best customer services in Guwahati, don't be worry for shipping on any areas like northeast India, the equipment and the quality was long term. Especially thanks a lot to Mr.Gabriel for taking care from the beginning and till after products received and any problem.

Worst customer care and after sales service and don't care about customer problem.. very unprofessional.. work is half done with over size equipment even after requesting for a replace few of the equipment is replace but other is left stranded .. some item is bill and paid but not deliver…when i complain about the gas leakage and other problem about the equipment the manager said we will video call the staff instead of sending a technician..worst experiences...

Worst!! Customer care and after sales service. Been calling them up for servicing, they keep on giving excuses. Don't purchase their equipments,it's not even a global market product just local. The finishes and items are of very low quality. Their only motive is to sell of the items.
