Where is it? Kutchina service bad. I had to install my own chimney myself

Products are poor quality and not long lasting. Also parts not available readily and you have to buy new all the time. No genuine after sale service availablity

I have tried calling for services for days. And this has not happened only this time , never does any one receives call nor does people come for service properly. While doing AMC there is an extensive amount of false promises being done but later on it’s all turns out to be a bundle of lies I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of Kutchina.

Total unprofessionalism, poor quality, not on time. First thing they would never receive calls if you wish to register your complaint. And the customer care. That's the worst. They promise but never provide anything. Importantly if you wish to have the most 3rd class after sales service then please go for this Kutchina product from Bajoria. Worst service of Kutchina and Bajoria. Foul mouthed people. The service engineer/s as they call themselves are total fraud. They will take your money and ruin your appliance for sure. Two of my friends n even some relatives have also faced the same issue. Never buy the kutchina products and try not to deal with this Bajoria outlet. They do not even deserve one star rating. Just that Google doesn't allow me to post without a star so I had to.

Registered complain 4 ays back but no one call or visited my place. Never seen such bad service of any company

Horrible service, 1st they don't come neither they call even after booking service through customer care. Again when complaining they shout on you to hide their inability to provide service.

Very unprofessional, my chimney has AMC N currently the buttons of are not working, as per service guy the buttons need to be changed bt for last 2months they are saying they don't have the buttons . People thinking of buying products from this brand dont buy, their after sales service is pathetic

Went to enquire about Kutchina Chimneys Oil collecter, there I met Hirak jyote Deka who was a sales executive., In Beltola tiniali branch.He asked me to after few days back and said that a pair of oil collector will cost around 700 rupees.I went and meet him on a further dated and he handed me the oil collector , asked 800 rupees .as i opened it. It was a second hand oil collector and was dirty . Is this how Kutchina works ?
