Mannu Bhai Service Expert

Unprofessional. Never going to book anything from this site again. My booking was accepted and for two days they failed to get my work done. And no courtesy of even calling or informing me that their service would be delayed. I even reached out to their contact information multiple times, when they say things like, "in one hour the service provider will be there", "today surely your work will be done" etc. but that never happened ! Seems like a fake website, cancelled my booking and deleted your app too! Pathetic!

They are unprofessional people. I booked split air conditioner servicing for which the company offered me 50% discount. Still the service provider asked to pay double amount. When asked to reconfirm with the company, he was ready to provide the service. On reaching the location the so called technician denied to clean the outdoor units and made many excuses and they left after the payment. When the service provider as well as the customer service were contacted regarding this, I was told that this will be resolved but till today the outdoor units have not been cleaned by them. Also they have damaged one of my AC which stopped functioning after their namesake service. Very disappointed with their approach. They are pathetic

Worst service...book washing machine repair which was solved on the same day of complain for which the technician charged 4000..after 15 days washing machine broke down and i have been complaining for the last 1 week now...daily follow up from my end but no satisfactory answer on when the techincian will come ...pathetic service

A very good experience with MannuBhai.. service was good, staff were polite n knew their work well.. and also the pricing was quiet well placed.. overall it was job well done.. keep up the good work..

Technician visit was on time as scheduled. The technician was knowledgeable and resolved the issue at the first go. Would definitely recommend.
