NORTH EAST COOLING SOLUTION

AC was installed but after only three days of using cooling stopped. I had to pay Rs. 7000 in this matter. I called on Sunday and he called me back in Thursday. What is this professionalism. Means I have to stop everything I am doing and wait for their phone call. That is why these businesses fail most of the time. Don't take their services a request to everyone.

Horrifying experience. They loot you and then they play the victim card. Their fraud technician called Bitu is a serial scamster. Worse, they waste your entire Sunday in the pretext of refilling gas. They refilled till reading 30 (which is supposed to be 60) and gave a bizarre scientific theory that if the weather gets sunny, it will automatically rise to 60. Beat that!? They even pretended to clean the outdoor part for hours just to extort money. The AC stopped functioning 3 hours later! And they refuse to refund the money paid to them in full. They have left me with no other option but to escalate the matter and let law take its course. Such businesses should be called out for their mere conniving methods.

Just to follow up on the other review! Just confronted him, n he has answer to every problem. I asked him about the gas he said it may be a leak n that i didn't pay him well. What? 25k for 3 Acs is not enough? I mean how much is enough for a greedy person? It's not even a HVAC system. May God show him mercy. Just a psychoanalysis on this business man! Ps Please refrain from using his service rather ask upfront about the pricing which will be 1000/- more than his counterparts.

Took 25000/- for refitting 3 AC(during February 2019). First of all all three AC had gas in them(one month) but this guy suggested to refill the gas. We did it(all 3) then when summer 2019 came we started using, one didn't start n one didn't have gas. So tell me u charged 2500/- for repairing pcb n now it is lying useless. Bondhu hokol e eta mohan fraud hoi eyak use nokoribo. Pasot LG kita ahi mur thik kori gol n hahile j apuni timan tokat eta 2nd hand ac e kinibo parile heten. Bohut professional dekhai kintu kaam bhal k nokore. Please refrain from using his service. He is a scammer!

My A.C. has been emitting a smell after few mins of switching on. Had got it services but the smell would not go. Then I contacted these people. They were very prompt and knew their job well. The issue was resolved. Now it's working fine.

There is a reason why these services fail and get such bad reviews. Highly unprofessional, no courtesy of calling back, and hence no efficiency. Just simple null. Nothing else to expect

Good installation and servicing but don't expect them to be honest regarding AC gas filling.
