We used their service last year and it was a job well done tbh. Based on that we decided to go with them again this time only to find out that the service quality has degraded significantly. I am changing my rating to 1 star from 5 star based on this. Please try to uphold your business values. You lose sincere customers because of these.

Great service..more then expected..

Availed of their services on 12th August 2024. The supervisor was good and cooperative, but the crew left a lot to be desired. After the job, I found a lot of small things still to be done, and a lot of post-job cleaning still pending, but when these things were pointed out, the crew members looked reluctant to complete them. I informed the supervisor about it, but nothing worked out. Still, I wanted to persist with their services, and I called them again. This time, after telling me that the job will be done, the crew did not report, and the company customer rep stopped responding to calls and messages. So, I feel the company is not just unprofessional, but unreliable too.

Exceptional service. They respond over phone very professionally and maintain a high level of professionalism. The team reached within 1 hour of booking & did wonderful job. Liked their service way too much. Good job guys!! Keep doing the good work.

Very poor service!! Not at all satisfactory service... The workers were not well trained, and there was a lack of professionalism plus communication; some of the workers couldn't understand our language... A lot of our stuff got damaged... Firstly, our more than 1 lakh bucks fridge got scratches by the chemical that they have used for cleaning purposes... Secondly, one worker broke out an inverter while cleaning... Lastly, one of the chimney switches was not to be found... And there were a lot of petty issues, which I am not mentioning... I don't know about commercial cleaning... I am talking about domestic cleaning... If you are calling them for cleaning your home... then please be very cautious and careful. Firstly, nobody accepts their faults... Isn't it??! Secondly, do you think I am illiterate that I will get confused with some other company?? I have taken a service of complete Home Cleaning Service on 4th-5th May 2024. I would even like to share a screenshot of my payment details but alas! there is no option here...
