Changing Seasons

I recently visited Changing Seasons Boutique, a Chador Mekhela store, and I must say my experience was extremely disappointing. Among all the traditional Assamese attire stores I’ve been to, this has been the worst so far. The staff were unwelcoming and at times outright rude. There was no warmth, no professionalism, and no effort to make a customer feel comfortable. Their attitude suggested they believed they were doing an excellent job, when in reality they lacked the basic skills of customer handling and humility. The pricing is quite high and unjustifiable, especially considering that the quality and authenticity of the products themselves are questionable. For a store claiming to specialize in traditional Assamese attire, this is a serious concern. Customers expect both craftsmanship and genuineness in Chador Mekhela collections, neither of which was convincingly delivered here. What makes the experience even more frustrating is the disparity between their strong social media presence and the actual in-store reality. Online, they project elegance, professionalism, and trust, but those promises completely fall apart once you walk through the door. Overall, my experience with Changing Seasons Boutique was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this store. There are far better places to purchase authentic Chador Mekhelas where customers are treated with respect and offered true value for their money.

Such unprofessional staffs, will never ever visit this store. I told them to show the mekhela chadors , they showed two or three then said that if you don't like these pieces you can go now we don't have time to show more. I hope the owner get to know about all these behaviour of the staff

High prices, the products lack fine finish Unprofessional staff is the main problem here. The salesgirls are the worst part and the manager sitting do not have an idea about anything. If you visit here, surely 'll get a headache.

As a business professional, you should know how to treat customers. The staff seems clueless on how to attend to customers, treating us as if they're doing a favour by selling their clothes. The ambience is totally different from what's shown on screen,and the prices are overpriced too.

The clothing at Changing Seasons Boutique is of very good quality. The products displayed are exactly what customers receive, without any hassle. We were highly satisfied with the garments we purchased. This boutique is reliable and trustworthy.
