This is by far amongst the best spa experience I've ever had... And I've had quite a few. Yes, the ambience could had been better and some music would had been nice. But skills of the therapist (Monta if I am not wrong) was extraordinary. I was looking for a genuine good relaxing massage without any hustling for "extra service". And I just got that. Can't praise her enough. Wish I could be back for more .

Extremely poor service and pathetic facilities.I went for a facial and waxing. They were done with facial in 15 min and burnt my leg in the name of waxing. I had to stop and came out half done.However, inspite of literally burning one of my leg,they have charged me full. I doubt whether they actually are trained or not. The girl who had tried to do waxing did not even know how to apply wax.Would have given negative rating if possible.
