Soch at GS Road, Guwahati

I'm giving the lowest rating to this particular outlet of Soch, not the brand itself. I have been buying a lot from Soch and have been a loyal customer, until today. But this GS Road branch's salespersons are absolutely worst. We bought a cloth today and asked them if they can stitch the sleeves, they said that it will take time. We mentioned that we'll finish up some other shopping and come back after 2-3 hours, and if that'll be fine. They agreed instantly. And right after we paid, they said to come back after a few days. We mentioned how we only bought it because they agreeded on stitching it in a couple of hours. And they were so so SO rude suddenly. They said how we did not say 2-3 hours but 2-3 days, which is so not true, we all heard 2-3 hours. And then without any instigation, the girl at the billing counter started saying how we are liers, that we should know that stitchings are not done like this. These were her exact words. Not only did she refuse to agree on the fact that she herself said 2-3 hours are fine, but rather started disrespecting us to the point we got fed up and walked out without the product. Why do you all recruit such aggressive people who neither know how to behave nor have any control over their words? I have had such good experiences with the Bangalore branch of Soch but am forced to boycott it due to these few salesgirls. It is absolutely notbthe way someone behaves, get your staff to therapy

You just can't resist from buying ... 😃 staff are very helpful in guiding to find out right kind of material.... Top of that they are amicable and very patiently attend the customer 😊💕💕 best wishes to all the staff and soch....

This was my first visit to the store, and I bought three sarees. It turned out to be a lovely experience. I don’t know how to drape a saree, but Samsul and Bishal were so kind and helpful,they draped it beautifully for me. I’m really impressed and would definitely recommend this place.

Place was awesome! Variety of beautiful saris, kurtas and shawls, etc. Especially Suman and Vishal served us really well. Very impressed!
