Nisha Dhaba-Best Indian Food Point in Guwahati City/Top Dhaba Restaurants in Guwahati City

The place has a nice ambience.. but i guess being inside a byelane attracts less customer for them... The byelane to the dhaba is not a peaceful journey as the road is broken Coming to the ambience inside the place has a park with seesaw, swings and numerous slides.. it also has statues of rhinoceros, dinosaurs, deers which makes it an attractive and perfect place to take your kids and family to.. you can also visit with your friends as the cabins provided are really spacious inside and the best part about the cabins are there are bathrooms provided within the cabin. But there is a scarcity of cabins probably as they asked us to leave as there were customers waiting but it was fine with us as we were only left with payment. Also if you are dog lover they have three dogs which are quite trained so you get a good chance to play with them and cuddle them which was actually the best part for me. Lastly the food we ordered was rice, fried rice, butter naan, kadai chicken, butter chicken, pork dry fry. We took our own beers and they happily allowed that so even you can carry your own booze instead of paying high charges by ordering in.. the pork dry was so good that we repeated our order.. the butter naan was perfectly made .. the rice was enough for 2 people . The butter chicken had the perfect butter and was worth it the money. The kadai chicken and the fried rice needed some more work though.

Was a good place to hang around in past and was a serious competitor among all dhabas before but when I visited couple of days back I found drastic change whether it was the cottages or service everything changed and found it not suitable for families anymore but the food tastes remain as earlier which is absolutely brilliant. Good place for boys day out to be more precise.

It's a good place for dinner but the only problem is very low light.

Pork pura and Chicken pura are best.... Bring Drinks from outside..... Closed chambers available for Couples. AC Room is allocated to a group 8 or more. Enough space for 2 & 4 wheeler. All cards accepted. Alcohols cost Rs.50 extra per bottle if bought from Dhaba.

The food is awesome can't deny that but I think they should really work on the modification of the cottages which they provide...I personally think they should renovate their dhaba and make it more comfortable for people visiting there

Food quality is excellent. Recently I visited this dhaba. Had veg pulao, butter chicken and dry chicken with naan and dal Makhani. Taste was awesome. Waiter's behaviour is so good. Couples friendly, have separate Cabin for Couples with full privacy. There is scope for improving the cabin quality, It's bit low. Have more space for parking own vehicles. Couples must visit this dhaba once while you come across. Overall I found this dhaba so comfortable and a good one beside the NH.
