As they say in Assamese “অচিন কাঠৰ থোৰা নলগাবা” - loosely translated “Never trust anyone so easily, who you dont know properly” - This is exactly has been my learning experience with this workshop. Gave my vehicle for repainting and ceramic coating. They massacred it - with extremely amateurish work - owner first getting defensive and later angry when pointed out. This is not how you handle customers in today’s time. Only washing is ok.. had liked the service so far. But this time its an eye opener. Would be reluctant to visit them again, unless they upgrade their workforce and customer complaint handling All the best to them
