This Punjabi dhaba is located right on the highway and is quite popular for its mutton — and I must say, the mutton with tandoori roti is indeed very good. That combo is definitely the highlight here. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place as a family-friendly dining spot. The ground floor usually has people drinking, and families or couples are typically asked to sit upstairs. Unfortunately, the upstairs area is not very well maintained or particularly clean. Another downside is that beverages like Coke and Pepsi are noticeably overpriced. ✅ If you’re stopping by just for the mutton, it’s worth considering. ❌ But for ambience, cleanliness, and a comfortable family experience, there are better options.

A proper roadside dhaba, go only for the food, especially the mutton. Food is delicious and is served piping hot, prices are reasonable. Have mostly non veg options. Family seating is on upper floor level, lower level serves drinks. Washroom non existent, not recommended for families.

Mutton was too good, a perfect place to have dinner or lunch. Not much on the menu, but the food was awesome. Me and my husband had mutton, roti, butter roti and tadka. Everything was good Happy tummy happy me 😁

Visited the Dhaba and had a delicious breakfast of Tandori Roti ,Tarka and Mutton curry .Food Taste is really awesome .Rates are also very reasonable.

The undisputed mutton king of Guwahati. The sitting area below is typical dhaba style where they also serve alcohol. They have two areas below and the inside area has tables with a proper seating area. The sitting area above is restaurant style where they don't serve alcohol. The roti and mutton they serve has never disappointed me since the last 7 years i started to visit this place. Please give it a try whenever you cross this place. They also have a good collection of cold drinks.
