DO NOT BOOK CAR FROM HERE!! Anyone who is reading this please be careful before renting cars from them. They are very very unprofessional and don’t know how to talk with the customer ( specifically one who picks the number). Couple of days back I have booked a thar from them to explore Tawang with my two other friends. Before taking the car I told the owner that I need good condition car as I am travelling hill- even though he assured me to give a good one . Initially everything was fine but on the fourth day while heading back to Guwahati the car broke down in the middle of the road that too in Tawang . I called the owner starting the problem but he tried to blame me for the faulty car the car was almost 1,00,000km driven with check engine sign on before hand . He denied everything as he is an amateur guy. Don’t know how to business as is just 20year kid . He literally used slang when I asked him for a replacement car , as per the agreement he should arrange asap a replacement car without any extra charge but he did nothing instead I had to pay around 6k to fix the car . They don’t even have ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE in there car also not even FASTAG. How silly it is ! So please be CAREFUL before renting car from them.

Don't belief in any gaurantees they give . The guy whose in charge of running this company is a thug, con, unprofessional. He promises me to deliver a vehicle and doesn't receive the phone when I came for delivery. You should try zip zap travels guwahati instead . I have attached some proof.
