Landline number doesn't work. No one answers in the toll free number on the Railwire website. This is a joke. I can't even apply for a new connection. You people will lose customers to JIO Fiber if you keep up this kind of service.

I specially brought this internet connection for multiplayer gaming. I was very sad to know that the internet is strict ( NAT type 3 ) . That’s means it will have poor connection and won’t be able to play multiplayer even tho you have applied for 10mbps .
