Nice petrol pump... good staff

While I go to any petrol pump in any part of India for refueling or to visit an ATM or quick shopping or whatever, the most painful thing I have observed every time is that the photo of our own PM is laughing at me for being a middle class .. 😭😢😨

Have been satisfied with the fuel. Only thing they need to address is people jumping queues. You wait your turn and suddenly a vehicle slips in from behind and the filling guys seem to have no issue with it.

The condition of the toilets for public and staff use is deplorable whereas there is one clean toilet which they actively prevent petrol pump visitors from using. Shame on HP for not ensuring Swach Bharat principles. Will highlight this issue with GMDA and Ministry of Jal Shakti

I have paid 1000 inr for petrol in my Itios car but they served only 500 inr of petrol, I always purchases 1000 rs petrol and drive my car for the day, but today my car indicates for petrol befor my business hour.

Furthermore, the organization and efficiency of the petrol pump were severely lacking. There was no clear signage or direction for customers, leading to confusion and chaos at the pumps. It was evident that there was a lack of proper management and oversight, resulting in a disorganized and frustrating experience for customers. In addition to the lack of cleanliness and organization, the service at HP petrol pump - Shivam Filling Station was subpar. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, showing little regard for the needs of the customers. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the employees, as they were dismissive and indifferent to the concerns of those who were seeking service. Moreover, the facilities at the petrol pump were in poor condition. The restrooms were dirty and unkempt, and there were no amenities available for customers who may need to use them during their visit. This lack of basic facilities further added to the overall negative experience at HP petrol pump - Shivam Filling Station. Overall, my visit to HP petrol pump - Shivam Filling Station was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and basic facilities made it clear that this establishment does not prioritize the needs and satisfaction of its customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this petrol pump, as it is evident that they do not uphold the standards of a reputable and reliable business.
