Car Heaven (Priya's Car Heaven)

Spent over ₹2 lakh upgrading my Thar Roxx. While the product quality is decent, the workmanship and technical competence are extremely poor. I had to make multiple visits for the same fog lamp issue—first due to loose screws, then a missing clamp, and finally a loose connection. On one occasion, while travelling from Tawang in extreme snow, I had to tie the fog lamp myself with cloth, rendering it completely unusable for its intended purpose. Additional issues included a faulty microphone in the music system, which was installed without proper testing. Initially, the only positive aspect was the owner’s behaviour, but that too deteriorated when I was told the service centre would not come to my location—almost as if repeated installation failures were my fault. Overall, the experience reflects highly unprofessional installation practices and very poor after-sales accountability.

I visited Priya’s Car Heaven for an intermittent remote central locking issue in my Maruti Swift. I was advised to replace the remote battery and was told it would be an original one. After replacement, the remote stopped working completely. I was then informed that the car’s central locking system would need further inspection. I later went to my car dealer, where the battery was replaced with an original one, and the remote started working perfectly immediately. They may be good for car accessories but not for fixing issues for sure. Choice is yours.

No professionalism, 0 customer service, they make you pay first and then will avoid you like anything. You go with 1 issue and they will make it 3 different issues. Please avoid this place.

Not only were they knowledgeable, but they were also extremely friendly and took the time to explain the work they were doing. Their expertise was evident, and I could tell they were passionate about cars/bikes.They tested the headlights connections for 3 hrs before assuring me that it will work for my EV. I felt confident leaving my vehicle in their hands.
