Had an appointment today , the doctor here charges exorbitantly high fees and doesn't even explain much about the health issues we are facing and his treatment methods. His writing is also not understandable ( even the pharmacist wasn't able to understand what he wrote in the prescription he provided me ) . He charges fees even for a checkup when he himself called me and also made me wait for more than 3 hours just for the checkup . The staff here also were not willing to provide me the Gst bill even when I asked them (they were very impolite) I have attached the receipt and some other docs for your reference .

I booked an appointment with Dr. Biswas (via the receptionist) at ~12:30 PM, and I was assigned No. 11 (I previously know that appointments are heavily delayed). Deligently, I went to the clinic at ~01:00 PM estimating my number to be called. I had to wait until 02:35 PM for it. My consultation with Dr. Biswas lasted about ~15 minutes (as I had sinusitis and viral rhinitis previously). Well-mannered doctor, but my consultation was slightly delayed.

Someday this doctor will be behind bars. (Hindi - Yeh doctor ek din jail jaayega. Saline drip lene ke baad mera allergy reaction ho gaya tha. 5 minute mein ulti aur saas bandh hone wala tha. ) For my ovarian cyst, he prescribed hormonal tests and a throat swab. What’s the need for Throat Swab test for ovaries??? He also prescribed me his infamous saline drip. After the 3rd dose, I developed a rapid allergic reaction. Within 5 mins I started feeling nauseous, shortness of breath, tight chest, swelling inside mouth. I rushed to his chamber, he acted SURPRISED that why it reacted in the 3rd dose and not the 1st. He then gave an anti allergic injection again. After I felt normal, I entered his chamber again and then he changed his opinion and told me he was EXPECTING such an allergic reaction since he gave me hormone medicines. Wow! I asked his employee what’s there in the saline drip, it’s nothing but multivitamins like B12 and he charged rs. 1800 per dose!!! You get B12 shots in pharmacies for rs. 100. Also I started having chronic pelvic pain ever since I started taking his medicines. Couldn’t sleep on one side. I got suspicious and went for an ultrasound. My ovarian cyst indeed got bigger compared to the last test, after a month of taking his medicines. I immediately stopped his medicines and the pain was immediately gone. My father has kidney stone and he said with a lot of conviction that the stones will be gone in 1 month, you can check yourself in the sonography results. We did a sonography after 2 months, the stone didn’t move a bit. We spent almost 20k in all the treatments. This doctor is a devil in disguise. I hope he loses 10times the money he has looted from all his patients. Tathastu!

Very very Careful while visiting this Doctor.... he charges only money even while showing up for your reports...only money minded,gives saline to all irrespective of the disease.....and for lab tests he doesn't accept any other reports only from the one he prescribes....i think no one should waste their time and money in such peoples

The young doctor appears to have cashed in successfully on the good reputation of the founder (probably deceased). He was more sincere and effective when located in the tiny pharmacy in the next lane that served as his consultation chamber. After relocating his practice to a brand new building with acres of space and a dedicated blood testing lab, he seems to have disregarded the basic tenets of his profession and has unashamedly gone after the money. He recommends expensive blood tests for everything these days. I have never seen any other homeopathic practitioner recommend blood tests for every ailment as much as this gentleman. He seems to be making a lot of commission from blood tests alone ( the testing facility is in-house ). His patients no longer receive the personalised care they used to receive in earlier times. There is no privacy even for consultation because people are queued up behind the patient even in the consulting area which violates patient's rights. Most importantly, he seems to have lost the ability to diagnose and cure illnesses in majority of the cases (probably too distracted with pursuing the big bucks). The attitude of the doctor and his pharmacists has become mercenary. There is a visible change in their collective behaviour and attitudes ( arrogance/ impatience / rudeness). I strongly recommend that you AVOID this place. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to another homeopathic doctor where you will receive better care and effective treatment AT A FRACTION OF THE COST ! This place needs to be investigated by the authorities for malpractice, deficiency of service and conflict of interest. I had a healthy respect for homeopathic doctors before my own personal experience with this clinic and listening to countless numbers of dissatisfied customers.

My longstanding allergy problem is cured. My umbilical hernia is much better. God bless The doctor.. Good staff behaviour..

There is complete exploitation happening here in the name of treatment. Overpriced salines and unnecessarily expensive blood test reports make this place extremely costly. It feels more like a business establishment than a doctor’s chamber. The authorities should have a look at this since poor people are being charged in excess in the name of treatment.
