Got really cool tees 😎 and ended up looking aesthetic ⭐but I wanna suggest them to improve their men's section collection and provide all sizes like XS,S,M,L XL. Mostly the smaller sizes. And also the staff seemed a bit rude when I saw them talking about exchange with another customer.

Recently bought a shirt in reliance trends in zooroad...the size was a bit large ....they refused to exchange it.... although staff was good but policy is not good.... don't buy any clothes from reliance especially if they offer you all the discount...you all will regret it...zudio is much much better....will never visit that store again ever in my life

I wonder if staffs go through proper training, need to train their staffs ...going through stuffs at different floors consumes time... they mention discounts against display only applicable at the shelves ...but disappers at counter(after 20 min of queue at check out counter) and they bluntly answers "It was available till today morning". They should have a consciousness that people do sometimes head the store at a hustle, having a faith they will get standard clothes and will equally save time then wandering elsewhere. Clearly this was not expected from such a brand....And going through other reviews I am aware of the fact that I am gonna receive a reply stating we will look into this ....that's what I saw and felt while scrolling down the reviews of 8 months old....pathetic....this is the last time of me visiting Trends, being Trendy (Trends) is of no value if such Incidents occurs at your store at daily basis...I rather suggest to shut down the store...

I'm frustrated with a recent purchase at Reliance Trends. I picked up a nail polish that was advertised on the rack with a MRP of ₹49. To my surprise, I was charged ₹99 at the register. I didn't catch the error until after I'd paid. When I immediately tried to return the nail polish, the cashier at the Reliance store wouldn't allow it, which I found baffling given how quickly I had acted. My primary question is- why there was such a significant difference between the displayed price of ₹49 and the billed price of ₹99! The store manger offered to pay the difference of ₹50 personally via gpay but she wouldn't agree to give a credit note of ₹99 on the same. To my disbelief she payed the difference (₹50) and expected me to take the nail polish. I didn't take the nail polish and left it at the shop. I than left the shop and -guess what!!! I received a message that my query was resolved. How was it that she couldn't give a credit note but could resolve it once I had left!!!!

Nice clothes... Kindly provide seating nearer to the fitting Room.

Very bad customer service. A group of sales guys were standing together and passing comments at the customers. They had no intend to serve the customers. Even at the billing counter, the service was very unprofessional. Altogether, a very uncomfortable shopping experience, unlike at other Reliance stores.

Worst customer service. The lady in the counter was rude and ignored us when we asked questions. She even charged the exact MRP of cloths when it was clearly written on the cloth tag that it was discounted. Zoo road tiniali is the worst outlet of Trends I visited. On the contrary the other outlets of Trends in Guwahati were hospitable and would suggest others to visit the other outlets instead of the Zoo road Tiniali outlet.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed to discriminate against non-Assamese customers. Additionally, their collection for men was severely lacking, with no good products available in sizes S, M, or L. It was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.
