Very disappointing experience. This hospital has no proper management at all. The service is extremely poor and unprofessional. Staff members lack basic civic sense and do not know how to talk to patients or their families respectfully. There is no proper coordination, long waiting times, and no one takes responsibility. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone unless they improve their management and overall service quality. Patients deserve better care and basic respect.
