Bhogali Jalpan: ভোগালী জলপান

Their quality control is the worst. I bought 3-4 packets of this kumol sual and out of the 4 packet 2 were of bad quality (smells like rotten rice -- smell of old bettel nut) while the other 2 packets were good. They should work in the quality control. Some packet of the rice were black in colour and some packet were white. Not good at all

I have been ordering from Bhogali Jalpan for last couple of years. It's a delight to get our Assamese delicacy delivered here in Bangalore. The quality of all the pithas and jolpaans are awesome. Packaging too is excellent. I highly recommend Bhogali Jalpan.

I ordered pitha and akhoi. There was a minor glitch w.r.t the packaging/delivery and they did a complete replacement without charging an extra penny! Very happy with the products as well as the overall service quality. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended!

Very pathetic experience in wholesale delivery service. They can't deliver products on time which is generally peak time to sell such products (like Bihu). When they fail to provide the requested products on time, they don't even pick your no. So for the retailers it is better to go ahead with other companies of this category.

Very bad experience. I had ordered online and paid one thousand for Bihu food items. It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday. But I didn't receive. I had rung them up and spoke to someone on the contact number given on their site. Now they're not taking my calls.
