Digarumukh farms and cottages

The location is picturesque! The terrain is not for people with arthritis!!! But the yummy food makes up for the difficult slopes n steps. My group had a nice place to hang out n enjoy the starters and lunch. Hero of the day was the Pork with sesame seed. Thank you Aparna..oh I almost forgot to mention the lovely breakfast!

We visited as a family with kids and left feeling genuinely unwelcome. We only went after the owner confirmed she could accommodate us. The biggest issue wasn’t the place itself - it was the way we were spoken to by the owner. Simple, polite questions about seating and food were met with stern, rude responses from the owner/host, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Food is also pretty underwhelming. My friends reported having better pork/fish/chicken at other places nearby. Overall it felt like the establishment isn’t set up to handle guests smoothly or consistently. One more thing: when we tried to leave feedback on Instagram, our comments were repeatedly removed, so there wasn’t a transparent way to share our experience there. We drove a long way expecting warmth and hospitality. Instead we were met with dismissive, rude behavior. I hope this feedback helps the owner reflect and improve and treat others with respect. Sharing this so future visitors can make an informed choice

Located few kms off the east bounds of the Guwahati city, Digarumukh Farms and Cottages serve excellent food. Not to mention their Farm Special Platter which is definitely a cherry on top. This platter is a must have for friends and family visiting this place. The hosts are generous and their crew replicate similar mindset of offering the best of their services. Would definitely visit again!

The location itself is stunning—nestled amidst lush greenery, it offers a serene and peaceful escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Coming to the food, it was truly the highlight of my visit. The Sunga Pork is an absolute must-try—cooked to perfection in a traditional ethnic style, it was full of authentic flavors. The veg thali was equally impressive, offering a delightful variety of ethnic dishes that complemented each other beautifully. Even the veg pakoras were so fresh and tasty that they became a perfect snack with tea. Overall, this place is ideal for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful location while enjoying some genuinely delicious food. Recently visited Digarumukh farms and cottages and spent a lovely evening there. Love the ambiience and the location. Special mention on the food it's authentic, made with locally available ingredients and a delight for your stomach. The host Aparna was so welcoming and friendly. On a scale of 10 , would rate it 10/10 in all aspects. All the best to the entire team. Looking forward to visit again in future 😍😍

Visited on Sunday. Need to pre-book food and table. Food was excellent. Great place for ethnic food lovers. Prices are on higher side as compared to quantity. Hospitality was very good. Staff takes care of each customer. They keep on asking about the quality of food.
