Annapurna Finance is the worst MSME MFI I’ve ever come across. Their interest rates are crazy high, like they’re just looting you. Closing a loan is a total headache-super complicated with extra charges that make no sense. Want to check how much of your loan is left? They’ll charge you for that too! Their customer service is awful; the helpline is useless, just there for show. They don’t reply to your questions, and you’re left frustrated. I regret taking a loan from them so much. Save your money and peace of mind-go with any other MFI, not Annapurna Finance.
