Hilarious service ! Walking into this bank branch feels like entering a sacred temple where you’re lucky if the gods (a.k.a. the staff) even acknowledge your presence. The customer service is so exclusive it’s practically a privilege to get their attention. Need help? Better pray you don’t disturb their intense keyboard meditation. Every request feels like I’m asking them to personally fund my account from their own pocket. Truly an enlightening experience—I now know what it feels like to be a burden on humanity for simply existing. Five stars for teaching me humility!

Humorously pathetic and wonder fooling customer service . They promise someting and render something else. Forced upsale of their schemes ,mutual funds and policies. Limited knowledge about the Market investments. Especial thanks to Ms. Nasreen and Ms. Pallavi for the loss I faced.

I'm trying to open a Corporate Account here and after applying and everything... depositing the cheques and documents... They tell me that, in 4 days, I'll get my account up and running. Well, that's what I was told. It's been 2 months and every time I call them, they say it's processing and it will take 4 more days. Just like that, it's been 2 months and I am losing interest. I would probably move to another bank for my corporate account. Really bad service. I mean it from the heart. With all of this happening, I couldn't work, I couldn't plan for future projects and it just made me sit and overthink and stress out. I have had my patience for 2 whole months waiting and expect if anything would happen and there was nothing. I just wasted so much time with all this nonsense.

Pathetic service. I went for resolving some issues but they didnt have any solution to that. But, madam Mrs. Choudhury sit in front of me with umbrella of funds, in which i was not at all interested. When I asked about solving my issue then her behavior was like a government banker.

Pathetic serviceDeposited 20k at 12 noon today which did not get updated till 1 o clock.Had to back and got it done standing there with the BM.again deposited 25k at 1.15 which is not updated till now.uts 3.52 pm.disgusting ..never had experienced such banking service..tried calling but the number available keeps waitiing only..

Worst bank ever visited. Happened to vist there with husband to withdraw. Have to wait for nearly 2 hrs every time. Staff r nowhere and even if they saw customer r waiting no one dare to come out and attend. And common excuses, link down.
