HDFC Bank

Unprofessional employees, they just work like government employees. If you visit this branch the employees working here will treat you like trash and if you ask something to them they won’t give proper response to you….they they behave like they only own the Bank and you’re just a poor customer which doesn’t hold any value to them. I have never seen this kind of rude attitude even in government banks, government bank employees are more profession then these people working here. HDFC is ruining its image by letting them work in their company.

Irresponsible branch: Why this branch cannot make a phone number public so that people can get in touch easily while other branches in the city have availed it on their respective sites??? This shows a poor sense of responsibility and out dated management of Ganeshguri branch. The number provided is a phone banking number and not the branch's direct number. Grow up guys!!!!

If you go and ask the person sitting in the first desk about opening a zero balance bank account, She will say you no you can't.. But in the hdfc website there's written that you can open zero balance bank account at any branch. Just because you will open zero balance bank account, the behaviour is so worst and ill response that you'll feel like slapping the person. !!!!
