ICICI Bank Guwahati Downtown

I wanted to deposit money to someone whose a customer of ICICI..and I was told that 2 minutes have passed by 3pm..so it was not possible..BUT IN FRONT OF ME..2 more persons came and did their remittance and transaction.. VERY PATHETIC PROFESSIONALISM EXHIBITWD BY ICICI EMPLOYEES

I have a relationship with ICICI Bank from last 15 years , opening account from Mumbai Andheri branch however after I came back to Assam , i transferred my account to ICICI bank Rukmini Goan Assam, today i entered the bank to do some cash deposit at deposit counter , as there Deposit ATM machine was not working,and the lady who was seating at counter was seeing my deposit form and started asking is it my own account, after confirming her that it's my account still she was like ,I need to check and match your sign etc and making me waited and told I need to go near box and fill in box etc. where I felt very very poor service at branch, many staff were seating ideally watching mobile but no one was bothered to attend customer. I left the bank without depositing without saying anything. But I am sharing this because other should also not face this issues , in other day their bank representative keep on calling for accounts and other banking services facilities but my personal suggestion to them is they should improve their services. Very bad and embarassing experience 😡😡😡🤬

Good bank but rather small in size with adequate staff. 2 ATM machine and 1 Cash deposit machine available. Sometimes the Cash deposit machine goes out of order. Location is near Pantaloons, Downtown. Parking not available. Located in 1st floor with stairs leading up to it. No lift facility is there. Staff are well mannered enough. The good thing about ICICI bank is that there no need to attach deposit slip along with cheque, just writing the a/c number behind is enough and there are no charges involved while depositing cash unlike SBI where they charge you ₹ 25 per deposit. Overall I am satisfied with the bank service and location.

The customer service of ICICI bank is very good. It provides all most all its services to its customers at his home axcept cash deposits. Its mobile banking and internet banking services are very good. One can check balance any time, download account statement, transfer fund any bank, make or break FDs, pay loan and crefit card installments by its mobile. The dealing of bank staffs is excellent, they clears each and every product as well as service in a very good manner. All the practices are very fair.

Worst experience!! They convinced for opening account but after that if any issue they never get back to the issue . Hdfc is far better than ICICI atleast they solved the issues and shows way to sort out the issue (if any) but here in ICICI they don't even bother for customer satisfaction Employes need to be well trained to deal with customers. Totally worst experience!!!!

Customer service is very bad of Rukminigaon branch,bank staff people consider us as servants.The staff there only keep on talking personal,I stayed there for one hour, then after that he is saying that today will not happen, Monday will happen.

Very friendly staff. Not at all chaotic. Have recently opened an account, so will update my review after few months of transactions.

Pretty small for a bank. Has only one teller counter for transactions. Slow execution in handling customer transactions.
