IDBI Bank

Very bad behaviour of staff it feels like IDBI facing problem because of these service and behaviours of some staffs. They don't want to work properly. Once i want to up to date my current account statement but their machine was printing properly those figures i asked please write those figure only 6-7 was missing. He refused to do that. Idbi charging money for that printing and their machine is not working properly and their staff not want to work very much rude. They don't see any documents properly. but few employees are good too.

I and say great service and good kindness people working here for all consumer.
