IDFC FIRST Bank - Guwahati Branch

Guwahati Branch officials are too much arrogant.. their behaviour with customer is too much poor.. They not responding customers view & queries

They deduct 600 rs every month. Too bad service

Getting worst service day by day.👎 This is my second time struggling with the higher transaction from this bank. I will suggest not to go for higher transaction with this bank, specially when you are doing an important transaction in no time. Poor service by this bank & branch - 1) Takes several days to get your money in your account, when it comes to foreign transactions. 2)Keeps giving you one date to another if you need any services to get it done quickly. 3) Sometimes they cut your phone when they are unable to solve your banking issue. 4) Though it has 50k per day cash withdrawal facilities but if you do they will block your card. And again you need to order a new debit card as your old one is blocked . And the list goes on... Don't want to write much but if i get another issue simple will switch to another bank for faster and better services.

Bad customer service, waited more than 1 hour. When I first entered the branch, they said they have some internal issue, and asked to sit. They even didn’t responded to me whether the issue is solved or not. At last when I asked, how much more time required, the bank person told me, “Etiyaloi hua nai”. They should told me earlier that it’ll take time. They just wasted time of mine.

Worst Branch Employees. Online Customer support is quite good and supportive, but the branch employees are useles ,they don't care about the customers concerns. Once I visited the branch, employees behaviour is like 🤮🤮🤮

Worst banking experience ever in branch Visiting the branch since last year for a passbook but till date I didn’t get. They always ask me to go to the branch after few days and do the same every time

In Guwahati there is only one branch and service is not good and maintenance is too high we can't transfer tooo rulal area because there is no more branches

There's employes are bad behaviour This bank only know how to deducte money in your bank account with interest on interest on interest in a one month Pls close this bank
