Such a bad customer care service .just now I called regarding some issues about the account for applying loan and the one who picked the call was not able to answer the question and hung up the call if the bank is not so professional then better to shut down or hire the professional and better staff.i am very disappointed by the customer care service

Narangi branch staff behaviour is not good and very poor service they are providing and also behaving rude to the customer mainly accountant she have to be replaced. she is leaving her desk in minutes in minutes like she is not coming for her duty she coming for her personal work. I have waited for 1hour for withdrawal of my own money. she have gone for 1hour for no reason and I have asking her something she refused that and replying rudely. No manners she have That's why I'm closing my mother account in that branch.

pathetic service. Irresponsible stuff including manager. Nobody should open an account here..actually they are not made for 1 star also. Their service really sucks..I will make this bank suffer .
