SBI Branch Assam Secretariat

First of all I Wana inform you that this Bank is really slow, all the workers are slow, their Internet connection is also slow which is offcourse BSNL...CM BM are not productive...total waste of time comming here. Please Assam Government do something about this SBI branch... even all the Govt. workers also get stuck here which means all our Govt. proceedings are also being slow... That's all🙏

I recently visited [State Bank Of India],in Dispur Guwahati and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The interior of the bank is exceptionally well-designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all customers. The modern decor and clean, well-maintained environment made my visit pleasant from the moment I walked in. Moreover, the customer service at [SBI in Dispur] is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. They addressed all my queries promptly and efficiently, making sure I felt valued as a customer. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority for this bank. Overall, For the first time I Liked This [State Bank of India in Dispur] located in Guwahati! as compared to other State bank branches.

It's a nostalgia. Lot changed during last 25 years

No good replies, no time management, no solution to any problems… worst bank of india

Construction work is going on for years, but hasn't been completed, creating harrassment & difficulties particularly for Senior Citizens. The officers are lazy & so is their system. Sometimes desktops disfunction, or the mouse stops working.. Better convert your Account to a different branch, using the Customer Request Form

Too much frustrating. What can I say? I think this is the slowest state bank of India branch ever I have visited. Too much crowd as well as too much slow. Employees are too lazy and irresponsible person. I had submitted a form thrice still they said submit again. They takes around 19 month to process a form.
