It's worst service by the branch. I opened an account in 2022 and that is my main account, my transaction in a month is huge and suddenly 7th dec 2025 they deactivated my account once I go there and ask for why this happened they said account has been blocked by backhand and can't open that account even my emis are bounced and it takes 6month to reopen a new account. Worst means worst

One of the worst banks in Guwahati. If you have a time crunch for opening an account. Do not approach them, they will sweet talk into believing that your Current account is going to be opened in less than 2 days and will take more than 1 week to inform you that its going to take another week and when you ask for a refund of the amount you had wrote a cheque for, they will take another 2 weeks to process you the refund. WORST BANK EVER!!!!!!!!!

VERY GOOD YES BANK BRANCH IN ENTIRE GUWAHATI , I WAS GOING THEIR FOR SOME OF MY NETBANKING ISSUE WHICH WAS NOT SOLVE BY BELTOLA BRANCH ....BUT THIS BRANCH SOLVE MY PRBLM WITH THE HELP OF LAST TABLE SITTING PERSON .......VERY GOOD

Really today my thought was change about the bank employee. I was having some issue with my email ID due to which I was not getting my money in my account. But employee name by Mr alfaz ahmed who was very helpful. Their was no link but then also he come forward and contact with other branch and help me. Location of the bank is Incorrect. I was searching for almost 2 hrs in the exact location as shown in the Google Map but couldn't find the bank.
