HOTEL HAREN GRAND

1. Dinner is provided at 9:30 pm. While other provide by 7 pm, why at 9:30 pm? 2. Dinner items were very limited. They serve things like providing to a hosteller. Atleast they should provide bottle water. One has to take a small tea cup to get water. 3. Hotel is not a Grant Hotel. They should provide essential item in room like tooth brush and toothpaste, shampoo etc. 4. No staffs at all to ask anything that needs. WHAT A WORSE HOTEL! Don't ever plan to stay in this hotel.

Sorry for depleted interiors and rooms. Sadly the air-con doesn't work as it should and also the bathroom without proper running water water and showers. Rating is 2 star is not a surprise or harsh

Worse stay experience. 1.Turtle slow service even after 4-5 times of requests (eg asked for onion and green chilly during breakfast we never got it). Not forgetting the attitude, our requests going on deaf ears when asking for a glass of warm water and sliced lemon as I don’t drink tea. 2. Bed was super small, sheets was stained and dirty, blankets was smelly. 3. Bathroom, the wash basin was blocked, stinky toilet, showers not working. Badly in need of hotel maintenance otherwise Will never recommend such hotel

One can avail room facilities as well as banquet hall.Rooms are spacious and clean.

Exceptional Hotel with all amenities...clean and spacious

The hotel is really a place of paid staying with reasonable and low cost prices. I am a youtuber and fb creator I have a youtube channel namely.."Channel ArunabhhXT "..and as the name of ArunabhhXT I have a video vlig page on facebook. So I should travel all over assam repeatedly. As a new youtuber and fb creator I need a paid staying place which should be cheaper, hygienic . So , I stayed there a few months ago . I am pleased with this Place . But I got one problem, this problem is to find out its proper entrance. In the google map , the placement of the entrance gate of this place is not situated ( shown) its proper location. For this reason i get some trouble otherwise this place is awesome.

Attended twice. The food is okay but lack the flavour and taste of its peers. The hospitality and service is not at all up to the mark. The infrastructure needs maintenance. It seems the owner has spent all the money on the capex (while building) and very little on the working capital. Not a downgrade but has scopes of improvement.

I visited this hotel just to attend a wedding party. I found the dinning hall very spacious and clean for any party to be thrown here. I would definitely recommend in case you are looking for a good wedding venue..they have dedicated parking area.
