Kalyanam Grand

Located on the VIP Road, Guwahati. This venue meant for hosting events such as weddings can accommodate about 250 people at a time. Found the venue to be well decorated with a fair size dinning area. Parking area is available but this area is not very big in size.

We chose Kalyanam Grand for our wedding venue and it was the best decision we could have made. The area is incredibly spacious with ample car parking for our guests. The decor team did excellent floral and lighting arrangements that looked stunning in our photos. The staff remained humble and managed the crowd very professionally. The real highlight, however, was the food. Our guests are still raving about the variety and authentic flavors; the live counters, in particular, were a massive hit. If you are looking for an stress-free, premium wedding experience, I highly recommend Kalyanam Grand.

The total experience was beyond expectation. The decor, the space, all the facilities specially the parking facility was too good. The behaviour of the staff was very friendly and respectful. Thankyou Bishal Mahanta, would surely recommend this venue for family functions.

I recently visited Kalyanam Grand to attend a wedding and it was a good experience. Situated on the VIP Road in Guwahati, this particular property was easy to find. Although the decoration was impressive on the inside with a proper shed to make sure that even in the monsoon season, the events go on smoothly, there are a few caveats. Half of the car parking was under a shed that protected some of the cars but for all the other cars were in the open. The parking was split into two parts so I would highly recommend they redo the same into one single covered shed so that all parked cars are protected from the rain. Also the parking area should be made concrete. Talking about the interiors, it was well decorated. They could also accommodate other decorations if you wish to. The section for the dining was also very nice and they were tables set so that older and younger people could sit and have their meals without having any issues while dining. Another feedback that I would like to provide is that the starters were visible from the perspective of the new visitors, whereas the dining area was separated so that there was no disturbance in both the areas, a good thing. Overall, I liked the property for events and I would recommend to visit this.

Kalyanam Grand is an excellent venue for weddings and large family functions. The overall management and coordination were handled very smoothly, ensuring the event proceeded without any inconvenience. The hall is spacious, well maintained, and suitable for grand celebrations. The catering by India Kitchen stood out for its quality and taste. The food was consistently delicious, well presented, and widely appreciated by guests. Service was efficient, courteous, and well organized throughout the event. A well-managed venue with high standards of service and food quality. Strongly recommended for weddings and special occasions.

It is a good place for weddings and celebrations. It has ample space for parking, and accommodations . Its interior, washroom and ambience is quite good enough. Just a little space for eating space is required. Overall 8/10

The Kalyanam Grand venue was excellent and very well maintained. Everything was managed perfectly from start to finish, making the event completely hassle-free. Bishal Mahanta was a wonderful host—courteous, attentive, and extremely professional throughout. The decorations were absolutely top-notch and added great elegance to the entire setup. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended for weddings and special occasions.

My wedding reception was booked here. Management is amazing. Catering is great. Decoration is above PAR and highly recommended. Thank you for your kind service.
