Such large sizable open and well maintained property in heart of the city, capacity can be accommodated around 2K at a time, suitable for organizing luxurious and big events..well enough spaces to park your car as well... Peacefully green everywhere...last time have visited for a wedding and the event management team has utilised the all spaces very excellently...just found one loophole in wash rooms of the banquet hall are not maintained hygienic enough for such a big crowd..

Located in the prime area of Beltola, Guwahati. This venue consists of a spacious hall with a large open area. During the dry season, the open area can be utilised for organising garden parties. The hall is situated in the ground floor of a duplex. There are several rooms with accommodation facilities in the first floor. There is sufficient parking space. An ideal place for organising events like weddings, seminars, etc.
