The Shivangi Palace

Although a spacious area for organising weddings, parties and many more festivities, I was not at all pleased by the service they provide. I attended a wedding there and had a bittersweet experience. The pandals were leaking water everywhere be it the dining hall or the sitting room due to the drizzle and I found myself a bit drenched. On asking one of the staff, he told that the roof (ting in Assamese) had holes. So disappointed. I also overheard a conversation regarding the improper cleaning of those utensils which were used by people to eat. Otherwise the food was simple and delicious and the area is quite big. A large parking area is available. Cheers!

Great place for a wedding in Guwahati. As it has a large space for parking, which is rare in Guwahati.

Nice venue to celebrate Marriage reception/birthday parties etc. Including spacious parking for vehicles.

The road leading to Shivangi Palace from main road is narrow. Rest other is fine
